School is place where we get education and knowledge. In educating and giving knowledge, a school need someone who can educate and give knowledge to the students and the answer is a teacher. It is not only about a teacher who has an academic title or degree but also a good teacher that has a good qualities.
Most importantly, a good teacher has to care about students. A good teacher need to have characteristic like father. Characteristic of father is very important to apply in the class because characteristic of father is explicit and wise, that can give always advise and motivation to student. A father also can lead or guide the student to study well, because a father have a leadership soul. And then, a good teacher need to have characteristic like a mother. Characteristic of mother is full of love and affection, so it make the students get easy to receive and understand the lesson. Moreover, a good teacher need to have characteristic like a friend. A teacher has to e close with students like their own friend because it can make the students fell comfortable in studying.
After that, a good teacher has to ave ability to explain clearly. A good teacher must know characteristic of each student in order to know the student's way of learning, whether study slowly or rapidly. Every student has different way to understand the lesson, there is a student that can understand easily by reading a book, listening a radio, watching television or practicing such as research. Beside that a good teacher must have the exact method or the right method in giving lesson. By using the exact teaching method, teacher can explain the lesson clearly and students can understand the lesson well.
Lastly, a good teacher has to have knowledge of subject. A good teacher must have many experiences because experience is the best teacher. No doubt that a teacher who has many experiences has many knowledge than teacher who has a little experiences. And then, A good teacher must have many reference book. A teacher must have many sources from many book, because book is the place of knowledge.
Teacher is like our parent in the school. So if someone wants to be a good teacher, he must have characteristic like a father and mother. And also a good teacher must be close with the student to make them feel comfortable in studying. To be a good teacher also need to have a good quality in explaining and all have knowledge to be given to the student.

New year is a big party. That is what many people think about new year. There is only party and party in their mind. But that is wrong, “Today must be better than yesterday”. That is the real meaning of new year and that is the wise word that we have to plant in our heart and our mind. New year not only means a party but also means new spirit in life.
In the first place, new year means new spirit in working. We we have to have new spirit in looking for job. Nowadays, job is very difficult to to get and there are so many rivals in seeking a job. In this case, there are many people are hopeless when they failed. Because of that they need new spirit this year. We also need to have new spirit in doing our job. Many people work everyday from morning until night. It often make them feel boring and it make them can not work effectively. So that, in this new year they need new spirit.
In the second place, new year means new spirit in studying. We need new spirit in seeking knowledge. Many people often feel boring in seeking knowledge, it make them lazy and can not receive knowledge well. We also need to have new spirit in reading. Reading is one of many ways to get knowledge. In fact, many people do not like to read a book. Moreover, to read science book. In this year, they need new spirit to increase their interest in reading
Lastly, new year means new spirit in devout. We need new spirit in doing our obligation as a Moslem's. As we know that we have many obligation to do and there are many challenge and obstacle to do that. There are also many temptation from the devil. We need new spirit to face it and to repair our faith. We also need new spirit in effort to get Allah blessing.
New year is time for us to make our life better than before and to fix our mistake that we do in the past time. In new year, we need new spirit to make our life more colorful.

The development of Indonesia movies is increasing rapidly, it is proved by there is always new film that appear every month. Many people think that it give positive effect to Indonesia. In fact, there are many Indonesia movies give negative effect to our children.
The first is it can broke our children moral. It teach free sex to our children. It often show attitude that is not proper to be shown. Moreover, many movies that contain sensual action. It is easy to find the erotic action in the movie. It also show violent in the movie. It can make our children imitate that action. It make our children like to fight with their own fried and it is very danger.
The second id many Indonesia movies show bad life style. The in dressing of the actor is very erotic. They often wear cloth that is very minim, especially girl. This is not good for our children and then they like to show the life in the discotic. They like to show the night life condition or situation.
The third is it make unusual thing become usual. Nowadays, dating become daily activity in the school. It is because of many movie only show the story of love in the school. In addition, kissing also become daily needed for student. It is become common for student. They think that dating without kissing is tasteless.
From that information, we can take conclusion that the development of indonesia movies is increasing but most of the movies do not educate, especially for children. So that, every parent has to be careful in caring their children.

Unisma is one of the best privat university in Malang. It is located in Dinoyo street, next to Dinoyo Traditional Market. There are many big building and facilities that we can find in unisma. First, A building which is building of English Department. We can find it near the enter gate or the main gate. Next to A building is B building which is building for Indonesia Language Faculty. Behind the A building there is F building. This is building for Medical Faculty and it shape is like stadium. Under F building there is parking place. And then, In the central of campus, we can find canteen and also volly ball field. In front of canteen, there is C building which also for English Department. Inside of C building, we can find language laboratory, auditorium and hall. After that, library which is next to C building. There are many kinds of book that we can borrow. Unisma also has mosque and islamic boarding house that are in the west of campus.

Dr. Harry Alden's Schedule

Dr. Harry is a busy man and today he has many schedule. Start from 09-11 am, he must read the applicant's resumes because he has to choose the best applicant today. And then at 11-12 am, he will have meeting with dean to talk about the importent project. At 12-01 pm, he take a break and has lunch with Dr. Davis in canteen. After that at 01-02 pm, he has to interview the applicants in the interview room and take the best applicant. Finally at 02-03 pm, after he finish the interview, he will observe the classes.
